General terms and conditions of sale

1.    Objects
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the seller, in particular printed artistic posters (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Products’), to consumers and non-professional buyers, in accordance with French law.
    
2.    Products
Each product is presented with a precise description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product delivered, particularly with regard to colours.
 
3.    Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and exclusive of delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
   
4.    Order
The customer confirms his/her order after accepting these GTC. The order becomes firm and definitive after confirmation by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

5.    Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the Site. The order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
    
6.    Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are given for information only. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

7.    Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties. In the event of a return : Products must be returned in their original condition, at the customer's expense, to the following address: Willi's Wine Bar - 13 rue des Petits Champs - 75001 Paris - France 
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

We reserve the right to refuse the reimbursement in the event of the return of a damaged or altered product. Our products are fragile, and any creases or other evidence of handling makes them unsellable.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made to order, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

8.     Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defective product, the customer may request repair, replacement or reimbursement.

9.    Accuracy of billing and customer account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of an order change or cancellation, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders which, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may process your transactions and contact you if necessary. 

10.    Personal data
The customer's personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the RGPD, customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

11.    Applicable law - Disputes
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction. The customer may also have recourse to a consumer mediator.
